The Wessex Community Land Trust Project reported on the quotations that have been obtained for carrying out feasibility work and submitting a planning application. These will provide the basis for the application for grant to EDDC. Once the grant had been received and Upper Coly Valley Community Land Trust can be incorporated.

It was recognised that the ground investigation will be important to detect and areas of backfill but, in other respects, the site should have few constraints. It was clarified that the Landscape Design quotes allow for a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment; important when developing within the AONB.

The architect being considered had worked for Appledore CLT where a planning consent has recently been obtained, and has recently been appointed by Broadwindsor Group Parish CLT.
