The National community buildings fund have confirmed that they will make a grant for £8,968.00 (later updated to a payment of £10,000) to the Upper Coly Valley Community Land Trust. A solicitor has also been confirmed to undertake the Option Agreement, Freehold Transfer and the Section 106 Agreement. It was also agreed to invite Liam Denny (a local Northleigh resident who is also an architect and developer) to take up the vacancy on the Community Land Trust board.
