Grant Application Made

The Upper Coly Valley Community Land Trust is in the process of making a grant application to East Devon District Council for £6,500 to cover administrative expenses and to fund the legal services involved in acquiring the site, entering into a lease with Teign Housing and negotiating a Section 106 Agreement.
