The Upper Coly Valley Community Land Trust is a Registered Society in England and Wales registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (registration number 7557). The Registered Society was formed under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 on 18th May 2017 and is governed by the Rules of the Society. Every society registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 must have a governing body. Members of the society elect the Board Members that act as the governing body.
